The property is yours to enjoy for the weekend and you are welcome to customize the spaces and to use your choice of caterer and additional vendors. We make your planning as stress free and easy as possible by including most of the amenities that you will need. The weekend package includes:

• Exclusive use of the grounds and barn for your celebratory weekend, includes time the day before and morning after for:

  • Set up and decoration

  • Ceremony rehearsal

  • Welcome drinks or light rehearsal dinner (additional time can be added if you would like to host a formal rehearsal dinner)

  • Clean up (morning after)

  • Farewells and send off (additional time can be added if you would like to host a longer farewell breakfast)

  • Gardens, orchard, and intimate courtyard  for your ceremony, cocktails, yard games, and other activities you would like to have as part of your event

  • Expansive hayfield with mountain views, magical wooded lanes, grape arbor, flower gardens, and historic property (makes for beautiful photography of your event!)

• Event coordination 

  • Assist you in creating a plan, provide recommended vendor lists, and a planning checklist. Our team is on site too meet your selected vendors, and for day of vendor and property coordination to ensure that everything runs smoothy and you can focus on enjoying the celebration with your family and friends.

• Recommended vendor list for all your event needs

  • We recommend amazing local professionals that can provide you with everything from flowers and photography to catering and music.

  • Our list is recommended but not required, so if you would like to source your own, we offer that flexibility!

• Cedar arbor for your ceremony

  •  Can be used, decorated, and placed wherever you’d like

• Day of and overnight stay in the Barn Apartment

  • A great spot to get ready, which overlooks the courtyard so you can see your guests arriving and has direct access to the barn reception hall if you want to escape for a private moment during your event

• Ample on-site parking and space for shuttle drop 

  • Including overnight parking to ensure your guests’ safety

• Custom made wood farm tables 

  • Hand-crafted onsite at Turning Stone Farm, these wood farm tables are beautiful even with minimal decorations

• Natural wood folding chairs for your reception in the barn (outdoor chairs are additional and weather permitting)

• Whiskey barrel cocktail tables

• Mobile speaker with wireless microphone and device hook up for speeches and/or music

• Furniture for living room-style lounge area

• Fixed indoor decorative and accent lighting for a magical barn glow

• Solar lanterns and twinkle lighting around the grounds for walkway and property lighting

• Indoor and outdoor catering prep area and access to potable water and electricity

• Signage for event parking and assistance in erecting your custom signage

• Vendor site visits and on-site coordination with your selected service vendors

• Access to Turning Stone Farm for your engagement, pre-wedding, or anniversary photography.

  • Schedule a time with your photographer in any season! (Photographer not included)
